Mashpee Wakeby (two connected natural kettle-hole ponds), which is the Cape's largest and deepest fresh water body and has nearly six miles of beautiful forested shoreline that often sports wondrous swans and other shore birds.
Directions from Mashpee Rotary: Take Great Neck Road NORTH,
about 3 miles to Left on Route 130. Attaquin Park & Naukabout entrance is just beyond Dunkin Donuts on the right. Drive to the end. Arrive a bit early to assure parking.
